<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a communication between specified vehicles in an inter-vehicle communication system where a signal is superimposed on light emitted by a light emitting means which is disposed in a vehicle and inter-vehicle communication is realized by permitting the light receiving means of the other vehicle to receive it. <P>SOLUTION: The signal is automatically transmitted and received or by a request of a user.
