<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card balance interchange method capable of endowing convenience to both of the user of a prepaid card and the provider of the same; and to provide a card balance interchange device, a card balance interchange system, and a charge receipt system using an IC card. <P>SOLUTION: The card balance interchange method comprises: determining the true and false of a first prepaid card; when the first prepaid card is a true card, adding the balance of the first prepaid card to the balance of a second prepaid card; and writing a first temporary processing flag on the second prepaid card; writing the inherent information of the second prepaid card on the first prepaid card for recovery; when the first prepaid card is a false card or a dubious card, writing a second temporary processing flag on the second prepaid card; writing the inherent information of the second prepaid card on the first prepaid card for recovery; and in any case, saving as a record the inherent information of the second prepaid card and the balance after/before addition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
