<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal alteration by a third person after approval to secure the reliability of a document while using a physical approving tool like a seal which has been used conventionally. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic document approval system 20 is provided with; a seal impression accepting part 29; an input means 21 provided with a coordinate input part 30 and an execution indication part 31; a display means 22, a CPU 23; a memory 24; a recording means 25 wherein a fundamental application 33 and an approval electronizing PG 34 are stored; and an I/F means 26. A user uses the system 20 to perform input operation from the input means 32 of the system 20 and starts the approval electronizing PG 34 to approve an electronic document by making the CPU 23 execute a seal impression acquisition processing operation step, a seal impression position determination processing step, and a document discrimination information acquisition processing operation step. After the electronic document is approved, the CPU 23 uses a fingerprint to check whether the electronic document has been altered or not each time when preserving an approved electronic file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
