PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the reliability of a report while permitting easy production of a report associating the property management business with the personal information consideration business.

SOLUTION: A guardianship management system is provided with a property database 4 for storing the information on a property; a paying-in/payment database 5 for storing the information on paying-in/payment; an activity report database for storing information on the behavior of a ward in relation to paying-in/payment or the guardianship business of a guardian; a list of property generation means for generating a list of property from the information on the property and the information on the paying-in/payment; and a performance record generation means for generating a performance record of guardianship business from the information on the paying-in/payment, and the information on the behavior.
