<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily share and apply information by utilizing the operation terminal equipment which performs the registration and browsing of the information and a managing device(server) which manages the information and a task process and retrieves the information, and carrying out a report task following the task process. <P>SOLUTION: This managing device 5 is provided with a process managing means 5a which manages a process, a report managing means 5b which manages a report, an information retrieving means 5c which retrieves information recorded in a database and a security managing means 5d which secures the security of information recorded in the database. The registration of a report is executed following a task process displayed on the operation terminal equipment 3, and the condition of each process is confirmed and managed from the report information according to the cooperation of the process managing means 5a and the report managing means 5b.
