<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid distributor with a head portion being as thin as possible, having less pressure damage. <P>SOLUTION: A sealed casing is isolated with an isolating plate 101 to form a fluid distribution space 131 and a fluid return space 132. Distribution ports 121a, 122a, 123a, 124a communicated with the fluid distribution space 131 and return ports 121b, 122b, 123b, 124b communicated with the fluid return space 132 are provided, and a fluid supply port 125a communicated with the distribution space 131 and a fluid discharge port 125b communicated with the return space 132 are provided at one end of the casing.
