<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration type dust collecting device using static electricity capable of collecting dust with a low filtration pressure loss and at a high filtration velocity by an effect of pressuring into a filtration filter with an ion wind generated by forming an electric field of the same or higher level than a corona starting level in a clean space side after the filtration with the filtration filter and by supplying a stable electric charge from the clean space side. <P>SOLUTION: In the filtration type dust collecting device, a discharge electrode 2 is arranged in the clean space side 6 of the filtration filter 1, and the electric field and the ion wind 3 are composed between the electrode 2 and a filter material by impressing a high voltage to the electrode.
