<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent outflow of a liquid crystal display panel having a polarizing plate sticking defect by detecting the defective liquid crystal display panel to which a polarizing plate is reversely stuck or two polarizing plates are stuck. <P>SOLUTION: An optical sensor having a light emitting part emitting light and a light receiving part receiving reflected light is used, light emitted from the light emitting part is reflected by a lead part and the sticking state of the polarizing plate is inspected by judging whether the reflected light can be received by the light receiving part on a prescribed standard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
