PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a MOS capacitance circuit having a high variable sensitivity and a wide variable range of capacitance by applying a control voltage and an output voltage, obtained by amplifying the control voltage through an inversion amplifier, directly or through an input resistance to one and the other terminals of a MOS capacitive element, respectively. SOLUTION: A control voltage and an output voltage, obtained by amplifying the control voltage through an inversion amplifier, are applied directly or through an input resistance to one and the other terminals of the MOS capacitive element, respectively.
