PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-wishbone type shock absorber capable of stopping rotation of an actuator harness in an outer-fitting actuator or an inner-fitting actuator. SOLUTION: In the case of rotating a piston rod 21 around the center shaft thereof, winding of harnesses including a control wire for controlling a damping force control actuator around an upper end of the piston rod 21 and around the damping force control actuator is prevented by restricting rotation thereof with a wire for connecting a L-shape bracket 24 fixed to an upper mount 20 to a U-shape bracket fixed to the upper end of the piston rod 21 by a nut 26 and a nut 27.
