PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a property of a device by reducing the refrigerating machine oil amount in a compression refrigerant delivered into a device refrigerating cycle from a delivery pipe. SOLUTION: A guiding member 101 which directs a flow of the compression refrigerant to an intended direction is arranged on an inner surface of an upper part of a sealed vessel 601, thereby reducing the refrigerant machine oil amount in the compression refrigerant delivered from the delivery pipe 607. Further, an auxiliary hole 103 for suction of the compression refrigerant is additionally arranged to a compression refrigerant introducing port of the delivery pipe 611, or a diameter of the compression refrigerant introducing port of the delivery pipe 612 is enlarged, thereby reducing the refrigerant machine oil amount in the compression refrigerant delivered from the delivery pipe.
