PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated bleach-fixing composition for a photosensitive material capable of dealing with the problem of a foul odor, having a concentrated one-liquid form, and capable of improving development fog of a photosensitive material even when used in processing after storage and to provide a processing method using the same. SOLUTION: The concentrated bleach-fixing composition for a silver halide color photographic sensitive material contains an iron complex salt of an aminopolycarboxylic acid, at least 50 mol% of which is occupied by a ferrous complex salt, wherein a concentration ratio of ammonium ions to all cations in the concentrated bleach-fixing composition is 0-50 mol%.
