PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction of the number of components of the exterior case of electronic equipment, the reduction of assembly man-hour and the reduction of manufacture cost. SOLUTION: The exterior case of the electronic equipment (electronic camera) is formed as an integrated component by two-sort molding of hard resin and soft resin or insert molding. In the exterior case, a front case 20, a rear case 30 and a medium/battery cover 40 are coupled by a 1st connecting part 36 and a 2nd connecting part 37 respectively composed of the hard resin. After incorporating the contents of the electronic camera, the bent parts 36A and 36B of the 1st connecting part 36 whose thickness is formed to be thin and the bent parts 37A and 37B of the 2nd connecting part 37 whose thickness is formed to be thin are bent by about 90°respectively, they are assembled as a product.
