PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a generator by effectively using weight energy of a vehicle, and obtain electric power. SOLUTION: A vehicle stop line 1 on a road and part of a parking system are made to be movable. An air compression cylinder 3 is attached to the lower parts of the movable vehicle stop line 1 and part of the parking system, and a piston 4 arranged inside the cylinder 3 is connected with a road surface by a connecting rod. When a vehicle passes on the road surface, the piston 4 is pressed down, and pressure inside the cylinder 3 is enhanced.
