PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily installable electromagnetic wave shielding decorative material having electromagnetic wave shield performance used for the electromagnetic wave shielding of the inside of a building which can be easily handled since metallic foil is not used, can be easily manufactured since its structure is simple, and can solve a problem with improper installation due to difference in bending strength between the laminated different types of materials and a difference in extension/retraction by moisture. SOLUTION: This easily installable electromagnetic wave shielding decorative material is formed by laminating decorative resin layers formed of a water-emulsion resin composition formed mainly of a water-emulsion resin on an evaporation surface side on a paper base material layer having metal deposition applied to one surface thereof.
