PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polyester polymerization catalyst which does not contain any germanium or antimony compound as an essential catalytic component, is excellent in catalytic activity and solves problems of quality etc. of a polyester polymerized using the catalyst or its molded product, the polyester prepared using the catalyst and a preparation method of the polyester using the catalyst.
