FILLING APPARATUS AND FILLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely seal contents put into a tubular film by reliably moving the contents consisting of a liquid or pasty substance and a solid mixed, in the tubular film. SOLUTION: A filling apparatus includes a set of scrapers 55 and 56 oppositely provided across the tubular film 1 on a conveyance path on which the film 1 is vertically carried for scraping the contents put into the film 1 for moving, and a set of squeezing rollers 42 oppositely provided across the film 1 for moving the contents in the film 1. The set of scrapers 55 and 56 sandwich the tubular film 1 with both side faces of the film 1 sandwiched between the scrapers 55 and 56 exhibiting a predetermined angleθ1specified depending on the size of the solid in the contents.
