PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily connect equipment to use in a basket to feeding side piping with a piping installation which is rotatably connected to flexible piping and is fixed on a basket supporting system. SOLUTION: A ladder truck for fire fighting is equipped with the basket supporting system 7 which is attached with the basket 8 and pivoted at a distal end of an expansion ladder 6 by a turning shaft 7a, wherein a position of the basket 8 is changed by turning of the basket supporting mechanism 7 and the flexible piping 14 is constituted to expand and contract corresponding to expansion and contraction movement of the expansion ladder 6. The piping installation 19 is fixed on the basket supporting system 7 and the distal end of the topmost step piping 14e which constitutes the flexible piping 14 is turnably connected to a tip of the piping installation 19.
