PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin-walled molded product, capable of performing the demolding of the thin-walled molded product using a chucking jig at the point of time when the thin-walled molded product is solidified without waiting the cooling and solidification of a sprue molded body molded in a sprue and capable of enhancing a production cycle. SOLUTION: The thin-walled molded product 1, characterized in that the projection area of a thin-walled part with a thickness of 0.2 mm or below is 10-2,000 mm<SP>2</SP>, is formed by molding a synthetic resin material in a mold. At the time of molding using the mold, a chucking molded object 2 is integrally formed to the thin-walled molded product 1. If the thin-walled molded product 1 and the chucking molded object 2 are molded and solidified perfectly without waiting the molding and solidification of the sprue molded body, the mold is opened to draw out the chucking molded object 2 while holding the same by the chucking jig 40 to easily demold the thin-walled molded product 1.
