PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase kinds of sizes of a sucking area set on a table surface without increasing device cost in a base board sucking-fixing device. SOLUTION: A bar code reader 40A reads a bar code 2A printed on a base board 1A to be fixed to a base board placing table 20, and outputs a sheet selecting signal indicating a size of this base board 1A. A sheet arranging part 50A of inputting the sheet selecting signal, selects and arranges a sheet part 32A having a hole opening area Qa of a size corresponding to a size of the base board 1A from sheet parts 31A, 32A, and 33A having the hole opening areas Qa mutually different in size, on the table surface 22 having a large number of suction holes; allows suction by a decompressing suction part 10 from the suction holes positioned in a range of the hole opening areas Qa of the sheet part 32A arranged on the table surface 22; and prohibits the suction by the decompressing suction part 10 from the suction holes positioned in a range outside of the hole opening areas Qa of this sheet part 32A.
