PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal clad material excellent in press-fixing strength without generating surface defects and bringing about increase in a manufacturing cost when manufacturing the metal clad material by laminating, rolling and press-fixing two or more kinds of metallic materials. SOLUTION: At least one side of the metallic materials is taken as what is separated after laminating and rolling the metallic materials before the rolling, the surface on the separated side is taken as the planned surface of press-fixing and the metallic materials are press-fixed by rolling.
