PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal from which excellent voice can be obtained even when a position of an ear is more or less deviated from a prescribed position. SOLUTION: A first recessed part 123 is provided to an outer face of an enclosure, and a receiver 106 for outputting a received sound is fitted to an inner face side of the first recessed part 123. Further, a sound hole 124 communicatively connected to the receiver 106 and second recessed parts 125 communicatively connected to the sound hole 124 are formed to a bottom face of the first recessed part 123. Moreover, a receiver cover 126 is provided in a way of contacting with the bottom face of the first recessed part 123 to cover the sound hole 124 and the second recessed parts 125, and the receiver cover 126 has holes 127 at positions being overlapped with the second recessed parts 125.
