PURPOSE: A safety switch device for a pressure cooker is provided to reduce safety accidents by locking a lid double and controlling the opening of the lid by a safety valve. CONSTITUTION: A lid(11) includes a pressure regulating weight(25) having a discharge port(25a), a pressure discharge valve(24) having a discharge port(24a), safety valves(12), T-shaped opening/closing handles(14), and lever holders(23). A valve insertion unit(20) is formed at the inner circumference of the lid. The safety valve is inserted into the valve insertion unit, and is fixed by a fixing pin(26). A packing(19) and a packing insertion unit(21) are formed at the bottom of the circumference of the lid. The handle has a lever insertion groove, an opening/closing key(18), and a plurality of coupling hole(22a,22b). A hook lever(15) has a coupling hole(22) at one side, and is coupled to the handle. A lever fixing groove(16) is formed at the bottom of the circumference of a body(10), and is coupled to the hook lever. A square protrusion(27) is formed at the top of the circumference of the body, and adheres closely to the packing. |
