PURPOSE: Structure for supplying air and gas of a gas oven is provided to increase the thermal efficiency of the gas oven, and to prevent incomplete combustion by mixing gas and air evenly in the air supply pipe. CONSTITUTION: An air and gas supply system of a gas oven is composed of a combustion fan unit(90) burning gas in a top burner(80) of a cook top unit(70) by supplying air; an air supply pipe(92) guiding air forcibly blowing by the combustion fan unit to the top burner; and a gas supply pipe(94) communicated with the air supply pipe to pass gas burned in the top burner. The combustion fan unit is installed in the lower part of the gas oven, and the gas supply pipe is installed in the lower part of the air supply pipe to inject gas into the air supply pipe. A soft connecting tube(96) is formed between the air supply pipe and the combustion fan unit to assemble the air supply pipe with the combustion fan unit easily.
