PURPOSE: A combustion fan unit for a gas oven is provided to improve the thermal efficiency of the gas oven, and to extend the life span of the combustion fan by restricting inflow of foreign matters into the combustion fan unit and by mixing gas and air evenly. CONSTITUTION: A combustion fan unit(90) of a gas oven is composed of a combustion fan(99) forcibly blowing air into a burner. A filter unit is formed in the combustion fan unit to filter foreign matters from air flowing into the combustion fan unit. The filter unit is composed of an iron mesh(98) formed by crossing plural wires. A connecting tube(96) is formed between the lower part of an air supply pipe and the combustion fan unit, and made of soft material to assemble the air supply pipe with the combustion fan unit easily. The combustion fan is installed in the iron mesh, and the life span of the combustion fan is extended by restricting inflow of foreign matters from air.
