摘要 PURPOSE: An electromotive actuator for rear wheel toe angle control of a vehicle is provided to prevent breakage of a screw-combined part of a lead screw and a ball nut by adopting a snap ring instead of omitting coloring work in fixing an encoder disk to one end of the lead screw. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive actuator for rear wheel toe angle control of a vehicle is installed to one end of a rear cross member to control a toe angle of a rear wheel of the vehicle and to secure stability of the traveling vehicle. The electromotive actuator includes a DC(Direct Current) motor combined to the rear end of a housing; a lead screw(42) to which the driving force of the DC motor is transmitted; an encoder disk(49) combined to one end of the lead screw; a ball nut combined to the lead screw; and a rod combined to the ball nut to rectilinearly move. The lead screw is spline-combined to a motor shaft of the DC motor in a hollow hall of the housing. The combining section of the encoder disk and the lead screw is formed in a polygonal shape and is fixed in a rotating direction. The encoder disk is fixed in the longitudinal direction by a snap ring(10).
