MAINTENANCE BUSINESS SIMULATOR, MAINTENANCE SERVICE PLANNING SUPPORT SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE BUSINESS SUPPORT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support planning of maintenance service of which customer satisfaction is high, and to effectively manage maintenance business.

SOLUTION: This maintenance business support system is provided with a maintenance business simulation part for calculating a probability distribution characteristics of an evaluation index regarding the maintenance business. The maintenance business support system is further provided with a business plan making support part for supporting making of a maintenance business plan and a business support part 5 for giving support information with respect to business action with the usage of output of the maintenance business simulation part. The maintenance business support system is furthermore provided with a data collecting system 7 for collecting maintenance work results, apparatus operation results and customer data, and a part life analysis part 8 for analyzing life distribution of apparatus parts by the collected data. Further, the maintenance business support system is provided with a use terminal 16 and a data collecting terminal 17 in a supplier 30 and an own factory 25.
