<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection method of an electrolytic solution in which the electrolytic solution can be injected inexpensively and in a short time, a manufacturing method of a wet system photoelectric conversion element, and a manufacturing method of various wet system devices using the electrolytic solution. <P>SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution housing part 4 in which one place 4a is open is installed at the wet system photoelectric conversion element. After dripping the electrolytic solution 5 into one place 4a of this electrolytic solution housing part 4, a wet system photoelectric conversion element is rotated, and the electrolytic solution 5 is injected into the inside of the electrolytic solution housing part 4 by the action of a centrifugal force.
