PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water type heating floor capable of increasing an initial heating speed, having high efficiency and low running cost, and preventing the flattening of a hot water mat, by using a thin finishing material, and the foam of high compression strength as a base material of the hot water mat. SOLUTION: This hot water type heating floor is formed by successively stacking the finishing material and the hot water mat. As the base material of the hot water mat, the polyolefin resin foam having a compression yield stress of 0.5 MPa or more, a Vicat softening temperature of 100°C or more, and a solvent solubility of 10% or less, is used.
