METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MICROARRAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microarray manufacturing method that makes a reliable and quick cleaning operation prior to the next spot formation after forming the spot when arranging a plurality of spots of a solution containing a biological sample on a substrate, prevents the contamination between respective spots for providing the high-quality microarray, and efficiently manufactures the microarray. SOLUTION: In the microarray manufacturing method, the plurality of spots of the solution containing a plurality of kinds of biological samples are formed on the substrate by using a spot arranging tool.
