PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently output only the voice of a driver in a vehicle as the output waveform signal. SOLUTION: A sound source direction discriminating device is provided with a microphone 2 which largely changes the phase by the direction of the sound source, a microphone 1 which is arranged in a near position and in a different phase from the microphone 2 depending on the direction of the sound source, a phase comparator (discrimination means) 3 which discriminates the direction of the sound source based on the relation of the phase of the waveform signals outputted from the respective microphones.
