POLYACETAL RESIN COMPOSITION FOR EXTRUSION MOLDING AND MOLDED ARTICLE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin material which excels in extrusion moldability without deteriorating the inherent performance of a polyacetal resin and reduces voids in a molded article. SOLUTION: A polyacetal resin composition for extrusion molding comprises (A) a polyacetal copolymer having 0.3-2.3 mol% (based on the entire constituting unit)≥2C oxyalkylene unit inserted into the polymer main chain comprising repeating oxymethylene units and (B) a heat stabilizer, and has a melt index of 2.2-6.0 g/10 min and an isothermal crystallization time at 150°C, after compounding and melt-kneading the above (A) and (B) to obtain a composition, and remelt-kneading the composition, of≥150 sec.
