METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCING CURVED, THREAD REINFORCED TUBULAR FORMED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for producing a curved, thread reinforced tubular formed article, which comprises a rubber layer and a rigid base layer so that the curved part is producible with a slight cost, in a continuous production process. SOLUTION: The method comprises; a step to coat a primary rubber layer on a periphery of a mandrel (1) which goes ahead to feed direction (X); a step to move a number of parallel reinforcing threads (3) spirally to their predetermined angle (α) to a feed axis using a bobbin creel for forming a primary thread layer, and guide the mandrel (1) through a rotary turn element (2) which surrounds the mandrel (1) and distribute the reinforcing threads along its inner surface; and a step to coat the covering rubber layer in response to several times of selective executions of these steps. The method further includes a step to guide the mandrel (1) eccentrically through the turn element (2) of the bobbin creel in a domain of the turn element (2), wherein the mandrel (1) is guided eccentrically through the turn element (2) of the bobbin creel in the domain of the turn element (2).
