PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a foamed molding which has a complex shape and is foamed uniformly. SOLUTION: A prescribed amount of a skin layer resin 27 and a prescribed amount of a core layer resin 28 are injected into a cavity part 11 in molds 8 and 9 by using a multi-layer number injection molding machine A. A prescribed amount of pressurized gas is charged into the core layer resin 28 by a pressurized gas injection port 24 formed in the nozzle part 13a of a second injection unit 13. After a space 29 necessary to expand the core layer resin 28 is formed, the nozzle part 13a is separated from the concave part 19a of a male side lamination member 19, and the pressurized gas is released from a mold sprue 25 or a valve 26 set in a fixed mold 9. After the release of the pressurized gas, the core layer resin 28 added with a foaming agent is expanded in the space 29 to be the core layer resin 28' of the molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
