PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost traveling object managing system for preventing measured location information from being tampered. SOLUTION: A predetermined electronic watermark by a watermark embedding means 13 is embedded into measured location information measured by a location measuring means 12 which measures the current location of a traveling object, and the measured location information with the electronic watermark embedded is outputted from a locus information outputting means 14 to a conveying medium 20 as locus information. The locus information is fetched from the conveying medium 20 by a locus information fetching means 31, and the electronic watermark embedded in the locus information is detected by a watermark detecting means 32, and the locus information whose electronic watermark is detected and the locus information whose electronic watermark is not detected are displayed in different forms by a locus display means 33.
