PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of formats usable with a clipboard. SOLUTION: A data object including data to be transferred which are formed following the clipboard format of a file name map is created. The data include a plurality of files. The data object maps the original name of the file onto the name of a corresponding destination so that when the file is transferred, the original name of the file is changed into the name of the corresponding destination.
