PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat stably erecting a toilet seat body, which is detached from a toilet seat attachment part, with the front part of the toilet seat turned down and the rear part turned up, efficiently cleaning the rear end part of the toilet seat part and the toilet attachment part and used with no difficulty when being used generally. SOLUTION: The toilet seat body 6 whose front part is curved into an approximately arc shape in a plane view is formed. The toilet seat body 6, in its rear end part, is formed with a hinge part which is rotationally and detachably attached to the toilet seat attachment part provided in the rear part upper surface of the toilet 5. The toilet seat body 6 is attached with legs 8 and 8 which are freely taken in/out relative to the outside of the toilet seat body 6 in the plane view, in the rear surface body sides of the front part. The toilet seat body 6, in its rear surface, is provided with a retainer means retaining the both legs 8 and 8 between a leg storage position where the whole of the both legs 8 and 8 are stored in the rear side and a leg taken-out position where the front ends of the both legs 8 and 8 are positioned on a tangent (a) or frontward the tangent (a) in the front end of the toilet seat body 6.
