PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet type motor which can reduce cogging torque and a torque ripple while maintaining a motor output high. SOLUTION: A brushless motor includes a cylindrical stator 3 having a winding 4, and a rotor 1 rotatably provided in the stator 3 coaxially with the stator 3 and having a permanent magnet 2. In the brushless motor, the permanent magnet 2 is formed so that the center opposing surface 2c of the central part of the rotating direction of the opposed surface 2a opposed to the stator 3 of the permanent magnet 2 is formed on a circular arc surface coaxial with the adhering surface 2b to the outer peripheral surface 1a of the rotor 1.
