PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone number retrieval method and its system by which information such as a phone book and history recorded in a cellphone terminal is freely utilized by a non-cellular phone terminal. SOLUTION: When the cellphone terminal is connected with the non-cellular phone terminal, phone book information, call incoming history information, call outgoing history information recorded in the cellphone terminal are transmitted from the cellphone to the non-cellular phone terminal. Then, in the non-cellular phone terminal, retrieval of a telephone number and retrieval of a transmitting origin of an incoming call by a user are performed by using information recorded in the non-cellular phone terminal.
