PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching component onto printed circuit board mounted on device enclosure that can make easier the attaching work of a printed circuit board or electronic component onto a printed circuit board mounted on a device enclosure and, at the same time, can surely attach and fix the component to the enclosure. SOLUTION: After a nut member 27 used for fixing a spacer 23 to the surface of the printed circuit board 21 is attached to the circuit board 21, the spacer 23 is fixed to the circuit board 21 by screwing the spacer 23 in the nut member 27. Then a sub-board 22 or another component is attached to the surface of the circuit board 21 by fixing the sub-board 22 or component with screws after the sub-board 22 or component is placed on the spacer 23.
