PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of specific transactions (application processings) of each client, by eliminating a security problem in regard to a position management device, a discrete transaction device, a position management transaction method and a position management transaction system. SOLUTION: The position management device manages position information of collected terminals classified by clients to which terminals belong, notifies the positional information of the terminals, to only those clients whose terminals belong by common communication application, and performs client specific transaction, on the basis of the position information of mobile terminals of the clients input by the notification and managed by themselves.
