PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely obtain a function of preventing partial sinkage of a floor when a heavy object is placed on the floor, while sufficiently securing a good feeling of walking at a normal time, reduction in tiredness, and a vibration-proofing function when an impact load is applied by a fall or the like. SOLUTION: In a shock absorbing rubber 10 for supporting a floor material interposed between a support mounted on a floor slab and a floor material, a center mount 6 comprising a laminated composite of an elastic rubber and a reinforcement fiber is mounted to project on a center part of an elastic rubber base 5. On the peripheral part of the center mount 6, a plurality of elastic rubber projections 7 higher than the center mount 6 are disposed at regular intervals in the peripheral direction.
