PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split type flat tooth solving a problem of lowering the durability of the tooth and a support member because adjacent teeth are not connected or fixed to each other, and if large load is applied to one tooth, it may become excessive load to the support joint part of the tooth. SOLUTION: In this split type flat tooth, each of teeth 1, 1' has a joint member 2 fitted to each of a plurality of support members 7 stuck to the front end of a bucket A, and is provided with a covering piece 3 extended from the bucket side base edge of a plate part 4 of each tooth to come in face contact with the front end bottom face of the bucket.
