PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down-pipe supporting device capable of placing a down-pipe even if there is large unevenness in an exterior wall of a building. SOLUTION: The down-pipe supporting device 1 comprises a fixed section 2 fixed to the exterior wall W of the building, a holding section 3 holding the down-pipe T and a connecting body 4 connecting the fixed section 2 to the holding section 3. An inner engaging section 41 having one as a horizontal axis section 51 and, at the same time, having the other as bearing section 52 receiving the horizontal axis section 51 and an inner engaged section 21 are respectively provided to the end section of the building side of the connecting body 4 and the fixed section 2. An outer engaging section 42 having one as the horizontal axis section 51 and, at the same time, having the other as the bearing section 52 receiving the horizontal axis section 51 and an outer engaged section 31 are respectively provided to the end section remote from the building of the connecting body 4 and the holding section 3. The inner engaging section 41 and the outer engaging section 42 provided to both end sections of the connecting body 4 are respectively engaged with the inner engaged section 21 of the fixed section 2 and the outer engaged section 31 of the holding section 3 in a rotatable manner.
