PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of establishing both traction performance and deflected abrasion performance. SOLUTION: A plurality of one-side opening sipes 24 are formed in an outer rim region 22A of a block 22, and a central region 22B is set higher than the outer rim region 22A. When a block 22 grounds on a road surface 26, the central region 22B set higher than the outer rim region 22A is strongly pressed, and a large tension (block circumferential direction) occurs at the outer rim of the block 22. Thus, the one-side opening sipes 24 formed in the outer rim region 22A opens more largely than a case where the block central part is not set high, and the largely opening sipes 24 contact with the road surface 26, thereby increasing traction force. In the block 22, the sipes 24 of which only one end opens at a block end is formed near the outer rim, so that reduction of the block rigidity is small, and reduction of the deflected abrasion performance is suppressed.
