PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively increase the body rigidity. SOLUTION: In this body structure for the side section of a sunroof vehicle which has a sunroof 12 on the roof section 11 of the body, a member 24 which is provided above a door opening part 17 of the body side section and a reinforcing member 21 of a sunroof opening part 19 are combined by using a bracket 28.
