PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back tilting angle adjusting device capable of decreasing an installing space, and reducing weight. SOLUTION: A fixed rail 11 is formed of a portion 11a almost horizontal in cross section and a portion 11b almost vertical in cross section, and a moving rail 15 is formed in a shape holding the fixed rail 11 in a close state. A folded portion 17 holding a terminal 16 of the fixed rail 11 is formed at a terminal of the moving rail 15. The moving rail 15 can be shortened in regard to the fixed rail 11, thereby decreasing the installing space and reducing the weight. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
