PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle structure, especially, an installation structure around an air-conditioner free to install the air-conditioner, an instrument panel, a cross car beam, etc. on the vehicle in one process and not to transmit vibration of the air-conditioner to a car body structure on the vehicle. SOLUTION: The installation structure of the air-conditioner for the vehicle having the air-conditioner and a module furnished with the instrument panel and the cross car beam is furnished with an engagement part provided on at least either one of the air-conditioner and the module. The engagement part is engaged with the air-conditioner so as to connect both of them to each other before the module is installed on a vehicle main body and to separate both of them as the engagement part is separated after both of them are installed.
