PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclined display stand capable of freely changing the display angle of a commodity while preventing the displayed commodity from overturning in displaying each commodity in the backward inclined state in a store, etc. SOLUTION: The inclined display stand 1 has a slide frame 5 in front of a slide base 2 with a gate-shaped support 4 standing in the rear. The slide frame 5 is inserted into an inside frame of a front base 3 so that the display stand can be extended/contracted in the front/rear direction. Rotation assist panels 7, pivotally mounted on both sides of the gate-shaped support 4 by a pivot 16 to be rotatable, can be fixed in the inverted state. A stopper frame 6 is formed in the raised shape in the front end of the front base 3. The back of the commodity 10 is supported by the upper end of the gate-shaped support 4 or by the inverted rotation assist panel 7, and the front end of the commodity is locked by the front base 3 and the stopper frame 6, The angle of inclination of the commodity 10 displayed in this way is adjusted by the length of extension/contraction between the front base 3 and the slide base 2.
