PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a needle feeding sewing machine by disposing a swinging link member for connecting a horizontal feeding shaft and a needle bar swinging shaft in an unoccupied space in the needle sewing machine. SOLUTION: The needle feeding sewing machine M is provided with: a horizontal feeding shaft 32 associated and connected with a lower shaft 16; a needle bar swinging shaft 42 connected with the horizontal feeding shaft 32 to swing a needle bar table 22 in a cloth feeding direction; and a association mechanism 35 for associating and connecting the horizontal feeding shaft 32 with the needle bar swinging shaft 42. The swinging lever member 43 for the association mechanism 35 connected to the needle bar swinging shaft 42 to swing it in the cloth feeding direction is disposed inside a timing belt 29 stretched between two timing pulleys 27 and 28 supported by an upper shaft 15 and a lower shaft 16 to connect the two timing pulleys 27 and 28.
